Cancellation Policy

  1. Donations:
    • Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you made an error in your donation amount or have other concerns, please contact us within 15 days of the donation date. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Event Registrations:
    • Event registration fees can be refunded or transferred to another event if cancellation is requested at least 15 days prior to the event date. No refunds will be processed after this period.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligible Refunds:
    • Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
      • Duplicate transactions
      • Errors in the donation amount
      • Event cancellations by VASISTHA FOUNDATION TRUST
  2. Refund Processing Time:
    • All approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
